I have a very talented, very sweet friend who is an amazing photographer. I was originally torn about taking maternity photos – um, why would I want to document stretch marks and weight gain? – but I found some really cute, classy ideas online (thank you, Pinterest) and Janelle agreed to help me out. We found an hour on a Saturday morning that worked, drove up to Pine Grove Furnace, and took about 100 photos.
I still prefer to be on the other side of the camera, but I have to say, these are pretty awesome 🙂 And I’m already glad we did it – these will be sweet reminders when Madison is a teenager and making me want to tear my hair out. I hope. Remind me to look at them, will you?
I’m so thankful for Janelle and her fabulous photography skills (if you live in South Central PA and need a photographer, let me know! I’ll make sure you get her contact info). And a huge thanks to hubs for putting up with a photo shoot when I know he would have rather been anywhere else 🙂
Beautiful pictures! I really like the one with the pumpkin-that’s a neat idea!
