Happy Friday! Before we get started I wanted to share something really fun with you! My amazing friends over at Naptime Diaries have just released their new “Abide” devotional, and it is beautiful! 9 weeks of studying your way through Galatians, digging into the fruits of the Spirit, and guided worksheets to help you apply what you’re learning to your life – plus videos from Jess Connolly! The Naptime Diaries team will be doing the study together on June 15th, so order by the 9th if you want to join them.
But don’t order until you have your 30% off code! Just for you, my lovely readers, use code CRYSTALSTINE at checkout for 30% off anything in the Naptime Diaries store! Whether you grab the new Abide devo, one of their new poster prints, a coffee mug, or anything in between, you can use that code for a sweet deal!
Ok, now you can go shopping. Then come back here, read the rest of the favorites for the week & tell me in the comments what you decided to buy!
Lots of good stuff to get to today, so let’s jump in (affiliate links included).
This post at True Blue Fit Crew – I was invited to share my “success” story, so if before and after photos are your cup of tea, you’ll love it. I share more than my scale victories though – find out why I started, why I loved it and how it’s changing my family.
This tweet from Bob Goff – because it’s like he’s in my head. But he’s so much happier than what normally happens in my head. Is it ok to admit that I have a very, very short list of people I’d love to meet some day, and he’s totally on it.
The Princess Parables “Princess Grace” Sticker & Activity Book – so this is definitely one for the kiddos, but we love the Princess Parable books in our house. We borrowed several from our church library and Madi loved the beautiful illustrations and fun stories, and we loved that she was learning Biblical principles. ZonderKidz now has a line of activity books for each of the princesses, and Madi loves the stickers and coloring pages. She’s not quite old enough for all of the activities, and the 50 “reusable” stickers aren’t actually reusable, but that doesn’t seem to bother her at all! Definitely $4 worth of entertainment for our princess loving girl!

This amazing 60 year old woman doing hip hop – can I just say that I want to be her? Not even when I’m 60 – right now I’d love to have her swagger!
This video I recorded for Jennie Allen’s #anythingproject – more than a little off the cuff, so hopefully it makes sense. And there are so many more over here to inspire you (ignore my entry. I had no control over the photo being sideways and I didn’t realize it would post live on her site immediately, otherwise I would have changed..um..everything.)
American Ninja Warrior – it’s back! And I’m so happy about it! Yay for the amazing back stories and come-from-nowhere victories and competitors who cheer for one another! You would never find me attempting even a single obstacle (it would look a lot more like Wipe Out than ANW) but you WILL find me glued to my TV any time a new episode is on!
Glitter tutus! When you agree to do your second Color Run and your sister requests glitter tutus, you make it happen. Y’all know I’m not a DIY gal – but after looking at the very sad, very tiny options on Amazon I offered to make three of them myself. Glitter tutus. For adults. The ladies at our local fabric store were kind enough to not ask questions as I purchased more than 60 yards of tulle, and my husband only slightly rolled his eyes when he saw the huge pile of glitter in the garage. At least it was outside 😉
Since I keep adding recipes to the list, it seemed right to make it it’s own category, right? Plus Eryn a) sent me a super easy coffee recipe and b) told me to add this category. And I pretty much do what she says because she’s awesome. It honestly couldn’t be easier. Beautiful country view optional 🙂
