There are a few options out there for subscription services for workout clothing. And while I’ve tried some, I didn’t really love feeling trapped into a VIP program or obligated to mark my calendar to make sure I didn’t miss skipping a month (otherwise my credit card was charged so I could have “credit” for my next purchase). I’ve jumped through enough hoops trying to get out of those types of services, so I really loved when I saw how easy Wantable was to try.
And how easy it was to cancel or pause a subscription online, without having to call and deal with a super pushy sales person.
I’ve only ever tried the fitness side of Wantable, but I really like what they’ve sent me. It’s always right on target with my workout type and fitness style and they really do pay attention to what I say I need. The colors and styles have always been super on trend and really fun. Why wear boring workout clothing? You’re going to sweat anyway, you might as well wear some color while you do it!
Wantable also offers makeup, accessories, intimates, and style (their version of a Stitch Fix). It’s all the same concept. You pay a $20-$40 styling fee, depending on which service you choose, fill out a survey that tells them your preferences, and they send you a box of goodies. You keep, and pay for, what you love & you send back what you don’t want. It’s a fun & easy way to try some styles you might not be able to find in your local stores, or to grab a few basics that will last for awhile. And, at the very least, it might give you some ideas for what you want to try to find the next time you hit Target or TJ Maxx 😉
