Over a year ago I discovered Revelation Wellness. Founder and all around amazing woman of God, Alisa Keeton, has created this incredible community of folks who love fitness, love Jesus, and love others. So she trains instructors to teach classes that work you out as much as they allow God to do a work in you.
Since there aren’t currently any live Revelation Wellness classes in my area, I love the VIP TV option. Workouts on demand, at your fingertips, wherever you are that bring a good Word and a great workout. And they’re fun! Revelation Fitness® (the workout class) is not one particular style of fitness training (e.g. boot camp, circuit-style, dance choreography, kickboxing, strength training, senior, or prenatal fitness). You never know what God might lead you to do any particular day, and if you become an instructor or ambassador, you will learn the ins and outs of the main fitness formats so they can help YOU find out how God has designed YOU to move and move others.

If you’re ever at a conference or event where Revelation Wellness is offering a class, please take it. Get up at 6am while your roommates are still sleeping, tie up those sneakers, and go discover how amazing it is when we let God move in us as we move what He’s given us. Or maybe you’re from a bigger town than I am and you can find a class near you!
Not only does Revelation Wellness offer fabulous classes, they also design some of my favorite workout apparel. Because no one can have too many graphic tanks, right? No really…I’m asking for a friend…

Well, I’ll never fit into a small, but I still entered! 😉 I’ve caught Alisa on periscope a few times and she’s always so encouraging!! There are so many great options for getting fit! I think for myself, I will always need accountability no matter what the program!
I love Revelation Wellness. I considered going through their training this fall, but things didn’t fall together as necessary so maybe another session will work one day. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!
