Time Management Tip: Believe in the work you’ve been given
This one might not initially seem like a time management tool, but how much time do you spend doubting your gifts and talents instead of just doing the work? Have you ever been so afraid that you might be found-out as an imposter who accidentally stumbled into your role that you’ve failed to take even the first small step? I have. We waste so much valuable time wondering if we’re good enough, looking to see what everyone else is doing, and trying to make sure we have everything perfectly lined up so we don’t make any mistakes that we never even get started. The gifts and talents God gave you were not a mistake. The place He has you is not a mistake. Go and do the work. Stop waiting around for it all to be perfect and just get started! See how much more you can accomplish when you begin to believe in the work you’ve been given.
