Mama Needs A New Style

Everyday faith

So thanks to the wonderful Lisa Jo Baker, I learned all about Stitch Fix. And after a month on the wait list, I got my first fix today!

There were hits & misses, but for the first one, I think I could start to get used to this. It’s like having a personal shopper arrive at my door in the mail!

My favorite parts?Β
1. The cute little tags on each piece that describe why Stitch Fix loves the piece & gives you pictures on how to wear it

2. It’s sent USPS. So to return everything, I just put. it. in. the. mail. Seriously. No UPS or FedEx to mess with.

What I don’t love?
1. One pair of pants and three sweaters…not a lot of variety

2. The prices are ok – but let’s be real. Mama can’t afford $90 jeans, no matter how cute they are with their polka dots.

So what did I get?

Madi got a little “fix” too…hers just came from Old Navy πŸ˜‰ (in love with her Easter outfit!)

So…thoughts on what I should keep? I think I have one “favorite” from this fix, but what do you love?

Loved loved loved the necklace but pretty sure I can find it at Target for half the price…because, you know, I needed another excuse to go shopping πŸ˜›

Mine too! it was the only thing I kept πŸ™‚ Super comfortable and will go well with a lot of things I already own. And isn’t her sweater the cutest thing? I wish I could fit in her clothes!

um. yes. Old Navy and Target know me on a first name basis – way too many cute girl clothes to choose from! I liked the black sweater but it was super heavy and I felt kind of clunky in it. Definitely agreed about the stripes – mama loves a stripe by the fit of that sweater just wasn’t “me.” And I’m definitely on the lookout for a Target $10 version of that necklace!

It really is kind of addicting…now to convince hubs it’s worth it to schedule my next “fix!” I chose “classic” and told them I need mostly work appropriate clothes & was very happy with their first shipment!
