Hi, I’m Crystal Stine—writer, communicator, encourager, and champion for women, leaders, and the next generation. I’m passionate about creating resources that help people grow in their faith, connect in meaningful community, and step with confidence into the calling God has placed on their lives.

For more than a decade, I’ve served as a communications strategist, creative leader, and storyteller for ministries, authors, and organizations. I love bringing clarity out of chaos, crafting messages that matter, and building systems that help people thrive. Whether I’m helping a church shape its culture or equipping teams to communicate more effectively, my heart is always the same: serve with excellence and encourage with authenticity.

My newest devotional, You Got This: 100 Faith-Strengthening Devotions for Middle Schoolers, was written for the season of life that can feel exciting, overwhelming, and everything in between. As a mom and a ministry leader, I know firsthand how important it is for young teens to have a safe place to ask big questions, wrestle through real challenges, and learn what it looks like to follow Jesus in a world that moves fast.


This devotional offers short, relatable readings that help students:

  • Build confidence rooted in Scripture

  • Navigate friendships, fear, comparison, and identity

  • Grow a personal, everyday faith that lasts

  • Understand that no matter what they face… they’re never alone

It’s designed to be easy to read, honest, and full of hope—perfect for morning routines, quiet moments, or group discussions.

What I Do

I live at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and ministry. My work includes:

  • Communications leadership for multi-campus churches

  • Writing devotionals, studies, newsletters, and brand storytelling

  • Speaking for women’s events, leadership gatherings, and workshops

  • Resource creation including conversation cards, values content, event frameworks, and volunteer tools

In every project, I aim to make things simpler, clearer, and more meaningful—for teams, churches, families, and organizations.

I’m a wife, mom, and Pennsylvania girl who loves cozy evenings, good stories, and celebrating the small wins that make big differences. When I’m not writing or planning, you’ll probably find me cheering poolside at a swim meet, designing something fun in Canva, or brainstorming new ways to equip leaders with practical tools.
